Five star rated, Brook Eden Tasmania ferments – and ages - elegant cool climate wines in the Tamar Valley. Fermentasmania is leading Tasmania’s role as the centre of excellence of artisanal breads, fine wines, flavoursome miso, great beer, delicious cheeses and refreshing kombucha. They have teamed up this year to present Eat and Drink with fine films about baking, fermenting and wine making. And, of course, after the films have your taste buds activated they’ve organised tastings and even a BOFA ½ dozen wine deal! Enjoy.

Founded in 1870 in the Hokuriku region the Yoshida Brewery has been fermenting fine rice wine (sake) for six generations. Director Erik Shirai spent six months cataloguing the delicate processes and skills needed to turn rice into Japan’s most famous drink.
