EAT AND DRINK
Fermentasmania is leading Tasmania’s role as the centre of excellence of artisanal breads, fine wines, flavoursome miso, great beer, delicious cheeses and refreshing kombucha. They have teamed up with BOFA Online this year to present Eat and Drink with fine films about baking, fermenting and wine making. And, although we sadly can’t have any actual tastings, we are organising an online discussion about the joys of making and using these wonderful products which are so much part of our foodie culture ! Enjoy.
